All helpers go through our 3-step verification: ID submission, background check through Veriff, and a video interview. Once all steps are complete, the helper receives a "Verified" badge on their profile.

What is the ₱699 subscription for?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

How do I report a concern about a helper?

Tap the flag icon on any helper's profile or use the in-app chat support feature. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and will follow up via email.

Is the NBI clearance required?
